The Cemetery is located at the far end of the grounds and is surrounded by Pine Trees. The cemetery was paid for by Mr Bilsborrow and Consecrated by Mgr. Hilton. The first burial was in June 1878, and the most recent burial was on 30th March 2007.

In 1904 the body of the Foundress of the FCJs, Marie Madeleine, was moved from Gentilly in France to the cemetery at Upton Hall. Her body remained at Upton until June 1980 when it was moved to the chapel of Stella Maris Convent, Broadstairs in Kent.

Due to vandalism, the headstones have been removed from the Cemetery, numbered plaques now mark the locations of the individual graves. Plaques on the end wall give the names of the sisters buried in each location.
