There have been various changes and additions to the buildings over the years, the Novitiate building (now the d'Hoüet buildimg) was added im 1892; an extension housing recreation rooms was added im 1900 and new toilets and cloakrooms were added in 1949.

The first of the 'modern' new buildings was the assembly hall which was built in 1968, a new sports hall was built in 1987 and mobile classrooms were brought in for Home Economics, French and Maths.

In recent years, two major projects have been undertaken, the first was the new science and technology building, The Lingdale Building, in 1999 and the second was the new teaching block, the Holt Building, housing Maths, RE, ICT and DT which was completed in 2005. The latest building project was the Gerard Building which was completed in 2013 and provides eight classrooms for Modern Foreign Languages and one for PE. This project also involved changes to the Sports Hall.
